2.1 No Affiliate or MRR Programs

The Site is not an affiliate program and does not sell Master Resell Rights (MRR) or any resale-right products.

2.3 Scope of Services

Each Service’s scope and deliverables are defined on:

2.4 Modifications

MTZ Digital may add, modify, or remove Services at any time.
This does not affect contracts already executed under previous terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

• You must be 18 years or older to contract Services.

• Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• MTZ Digital may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. ORDERING & DELIVERY

4.1 Contract Formation

A contract is formed upon:

• Completion of online checkout and payment, and/or

• Invoice payment confirmation

4.2 Digital-Only Delivery

All Services are delivered digitally via online access to a platform or website designated by MTZ Digital.
No delivery via Canva, Google Drive, or PDF unless expressly agreed in writing.

4.3 Portfolio Delivery

For Signature Portfolio / High-Impact Digital Portfolio, delivery consists of:

• Deployment of the portfolio as a website or page

• Access via URL and/or credentials

4.4 Timelines

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Client approvals

• Content availability

• Volume

• Third-party technical factors

4.5 Client Delays

Delays caused by Client inactivity, missing briefs, or uncompleted bookings may extend delivery timelines.

5. PRICES, CURRENCY & TAXES

• All prices are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise.

• Applicable taxes, fees, or withholdings may apply and are the Client’s responsibility.

• MTZ Digital may update pricing or offer promotions at its discretion.

6. PAYMENTS & INVOICING

• Accepted payment methods: Stripe and PayPal

• Payments may be one-time or subscription-based, as indicated at checkout.

• For subscriptions or plans:

  • Non-payment may result in suspended access

  • After 7 days, access may be canceled and outstanding balances charged

• Invoices are issued automatically or upon request.

7. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

7.1 General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Services, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery is granted, except in the case of a technical defect attributable to MTZ Digital that cannot be resolved within 7 business days after written notice.

7.2 UGC Content Creation

• Payment: 100% upfront (unless agreed otherwise)

• Deliverables: Defined per proposal/checkout

• Revisions: 1 round of minor edits (basic cuts/captions)

• Licensing:

  • Organic use: 12 months

  • Ads, whitelisting, exclusivity, perpetual use require written add-ons

• Refunds: Non-refundable once pre-production begins or a shoot is scheduled

7.3 High-Impact Digital Portfolio (incl. Signature Portfolio)

• Delivery: Website/page (not PDF or Canva)

• Revisions: 2 rounds on layout and copy

• Client Content: Client must provide lawful materials

• Refunds: Non-refundable after first web preview is delivered

7.4 AI & Digital Strategy Consulting (Mentorship)

• Advisory service; no specific results guaranteed

• Rescheduling: 24-hour notice required

• No-shows or late cancellations = session consumed

• Refunds: Non-refundable once booked

7.5 Interior Design & Styling

• Consultancy only (moodboards, palettes, item lists)

• Excludes architecture, construction, and vendor management

• Refunds: Non-refundable after initial concept or moodboard delivery

7.6 Build Your U.S. Business (Company / LLC Setup)

• Professional fees are non-refundable once work begins

• Government and third-party fees are non-refundable

• 15 days of no client response may result in file closure without refund

7.7 Billing Errors & Disputes

Disputes must be submitted to creator@maurotapia.com within 30 days of receipt.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSES

• All content and materials belong to MTZ Digital or licensors.

• A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal or internal business use only.

• Resale, redistribution, sharing, or public publication is prohibited without written consent.

• No MRR / No resale rights are granted.

9. TESTIMONIALS & DISCLAIMERS

• Testimonials are illustrative; results vary.

• No earnings, growth, or business outcomes are guaranteed.

10. NOTICE – BUILD YOUR U.S. BUSINESS

• MTZ Digital is not a law or accounting firm.

• No legal, tax, or accounting advice is provided.

• Services are limited to administrative coordination and support.

• Clients are responsible for data accuracy and compliance.

11. CLIENT DUTIES

• Provide accurate and timely information.

• Respect intellectual property.

• Maintain active communication channels.

12. TECHNOLOGY, THIRD PARTIES & FORCE MAJEURE

• Services rely on third-party platforms; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

• Force majeure events suspend obligations for their duration.

13. PRIVACY, COOKIES & ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

• Data is processed per the Privacy and Cookie Policies on the Site.

• You consent to electronic communications and e-signatures.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTZ Digital’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold MTZ Digital harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

• Governing Law: Florida, USA

• Mediation required before litigation

• Exclusive jurisdiction: Florida state or federal courts
